After calling three other roofing companies for repair work, Alabama Roofing Professionals came through! I guess since it was not a big job the other companies weren't interested.. Alfred P arrived assessed the situation and got right on it. Kept me informed every step of the way. The repair work was done professionally and in a timely manner. My property was left clean of any debris. I'd recommend them to anyone needing roofing, gutters or gutter screens. Job well done.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone as they were recommended to me. I never felt like my sales person, Jody W. (now affectionately known as J-Dubb) ever tried to sell me anything, rather, he provided a service and made sure I understood what my options were. He earned my trust from the beginning, remained patient, diligent and compassionate with my situation and he never let me down. If there's ever another need, I will be using this company again. All facts; no bluff!

I highly recommend Alabama Roofing Professionals. My contact with A.R.P. was Travis Larkin. From the start, Travis was very professional and personable. He went out of his way to provide me first class service. The installation went very well. The roofers worked long into the evening each day. By the end of the install, all old roofing, paper, nails were loaded in a trailer and removed. My new roof looks wonderful.

Andy E., with Alabama Roofing Professionals, came to our aid within minutes after a tornado blew thru our neighborhood. He personally covered our chimney with covers and had his crew cover other sections of the roof to prevent leaking inside. His crew was courteous and through. They came early and stayed late completing the job despite the cold weather.

Worked tirelessly with our insurance company and adjusters, as well as with our mortgage company. Highly recommend him and this company.

From my home in South Dakota I assisted my mother in law in Birmingham with her insurance claim. With the help of Andy Ellison who was very cordial and responsive we were able to get a new roof on the house. Andy was very prompt and I believe his presence with the adjuster at the time of inspection helped move the claim along to fruition...and the work on the two story steep roof was completed much sooner than I thought possible. Two thumbs up from this insurance adjuster of 45 years.

I can't thank Jason and his team enough for the beautiful deck they built. The old one was taken down and a brand new one was built before Thanksgiving, so my extended family and I were able to enjoy it. I love my new deck. They worked on my design ideas and made them even better. Jason visited or called every day to make sure everyone was on task. I appreciated the extra attention as we are new to the area and were unsure whom to trust. I personally enjoyed chatting with him and getting to know him and his family.

They are Professional and Honest. Andy, Brad, and the Team did a great job replacing the roof on a 97 year old home. Andy worked hard on getting the right price and options for what was needed. He even went out of his way on some items to keep the price down. Brad was very knowledgeable and he quickly communicated the problems with solutions, when they came up. After the roof was installed they were able to help with some custom trim work to prevent the trim from rotting. I strongly recommend Alabama Roofing Professionals.

I had heard of some of the other roofing companies before, but it was after I met and conversed with Alex Smith that I decided to go with Alabama Roofing Professionals. I met with other companies. But his professionalism, and the way he patiently made sure that my husband and I fully understood what we needed, and the procedure for getting it done, won us over. They also did excellent clean-up.

This company did a fantastic job replacing my roof after Hurricane Sally. After two storms hit Baldwin County, Alabama in 2020 I thought I would have to wait a long time to get my roof replaced. Not so. Mr. Miles N returned my call promptly and was very professional. The work was completed swiftly and they did a fantastic job not only with the roof, but the cleanup was second to none. Mr. N went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with their work. He even came back to make sure there were no nails left behind. I highly recommend Alabama Roofing Professionals.

Having replaced many roofs in my lifetime, I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the professionalism displayed by EVERYONE I worked with including Jared Vander, Cody Davis and all of the guys on the roofing crew. Jared and Cody could not have been more courteous, friendly and helpful-responding immediately to the many texts I sent, no matter where they were or how busy they were. We heard nothing from the crew but nailing and hammering-no loud music, etc. They worked nonstop in the hot Alabama heat this week. I would recommend Alabama Roofing Professionals, Jared and Cody without reservation.

Alabama Roofing professionals were an amazing company to work with. Initially they responded quickly to our inquire about our leaking roof. They came out within days and helped us understand the process. They worked with our home owners insurance and kept us informed as to what we were entitled to. The workers were considerate of our time and space when painting the interior and fixing Sheetrock damage. The roofers used tarps to protect our entire pool and deck areas and cleaned up nails and debris very well. They even helped get a few other painting projects done (on our dime) but the coordination with the painting and gutter work was most helpful! Albert, the project manager, was always communicating with us and checking on the progress throughout the project! 5 stars from us!

We noticed their outstanding online reviews and contacted Alabama Roofing Professionals along with several other contractors. Miles was one of the first to come out for an estimate. The quote was very competitive and there were no hard sales pitches, gimmicks, or pressure strategies. Throughout the entire process, Miles was very responsive and pleasurable and really took time to explain both the technical aspects of roofing as well as the insurance processes. Also, shout-out to Omar for outstanding client services and Uriel for the quality work his crew provided. All the individuals mentioned here truly went above and beyond.

Start to finish, it was a good experience as Alabama Roofing Professionals provided us with a superior quality new roof at great pricing with outstanding customer service.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. From the moment I called and talked to Angela to all my interactions with Phil S, it was a great experience. I had worked with 3 other roofing companies on a leak over a 3 year period. They came out and did make shift repairs such as throwing some roofing tar under my front shingles. Nothing worked. The leak continued.
Phil came to my home and really thought through possible solutions. We tried one solution that didn't work, but he didn't give up on my problem. Instead of moving forward with a very expensive roofing process that may or may not work, he got out my water hose and sprayed a strong stream of water on the front window and BAM...there was the leak. He proceeded to caulk around the window and I proceeded to pray the leak was fixed. It seems to be a window problem vs a roof problem. I have to wait until we have a hard rain to determine if the problem is 100% repaired, but he assured me he will refer me to a good window person if more work on the window is needed. Phil definitely went the extra mile. Use this Company!

I am very pleased with the work that Alabama Roofing Professionals completed on our house in July . We worked with Phillip S Jr. who was very patient with our questions and who helped explain and narrow the available choices to meet our needs and our budget. During this time, we developed a leak in our bedroom one night, so the next morning we called Phillip. He made a special trip that same day to stop the leak by installing a tarp, which lasted until the roof was completed. We had the existing vinyl removed from the soffits to replace some rotted fascia and to cut a continuous 8" vent into the soffit around the entire perimeter. The soffit vent was then covered with stainless steel screen and new vinyl was reinstalled including under the front porch and around the garage doors. We had Duration Flex shingles installed on the main roof with Bullet Boot silicone pipe covers, and thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) installed on our back porch flat roof. Finally, we had 6" gutters with gutter guards installed. We also elected to purchase an extended Owens Corning warranty for the shingles. Phillip coordinated the various crews around the weather, and, during the work, Phillip was there much of the time and made sure that the crews were informed of our requests and concerns. He also kept us informed of the progress along the way, and paused work to get real-time decisions from us: primarily to show the location and to advise to what extent repair of rotted wood was required. In my opinion, the various work crews all did excellent work. They were polite, picked up after themselves and the finished product was aesthetically pleasing. I would not hesitate to use Alabama Roofing Professionals and Phillip S Jr. again, and we do highly recommend them.
