What on Earth Catalog What on Earth Catalog Disappoints with Offensive Political Items

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with What on Earth Catalog. I was flipping through their catalog and got to page 9 before I had to put it down. As a woman, I was pretty offended by some of the items they had that depicted our President in a negative way. I mean, come on, isn't there enough negativity in the world already?

I've always been someone who supports our sitting Presidents, no matter who they are or what party they belong to. They're in that position because they believe they can make a positive difference in our country, and I respect that. Even if I don't always agree with their decisions, I still support them.

But this catalog just went too far. I'm an independent voter and a business owner, and I would never do anything that would automatically offend half of my potential clients. It's just bad business. I mean, who in their right mind would make a decision like that?

Honestly, I don't think I'll ever buy anything from What on Earth Catalog. If they're willing to make such a poor choice and offend so many people, then I don't want to support them. And I have to wonder, how long will they even be around if they keep peddling this kind of political crap?

So yeah, I'm pretty disappointed. What on earth were they thinking? It's just a shame.

What on Earth Catalog Disappointing Experience with What on Earth Catalog: Poor Customer Service and Unfulfilled Orders

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with What on Earth Catalog. I placed an order for three items on December 7th, thinking I'd have them in my hands within a week. But nope, twelve days later I checked my order status and it said to call customer support. So I hopped on their online chat three times, but it was a total mess. One person hung up on me and the other two were barely understandable. I mean, come on, can't they hire people who can actually communicate?

Anyway, I finally called customer service two days later and found out that one of the items I ordered wasn't even available, so they didn't bother sending anything. And when I asked if the other two items could at least arrive by Christmas, the person on the phone was like, "Oh no, you'll never get these by Christmas. Isn't that too bad?" Um, yeah, it is too bad. Thanks for nothing.

So I decided to cancel the order altogether, but guess what? The person on the phone said she couldn't do that and I'd have to talk to the warehouse. What kind of customer support is that? It's a total waste of time. I wouldn't recommend ordering from these people at all.

What on Earth Catalog Poor Customer Service Experience with What on Earth Catalog - Look to ThinkGeek Instead!

I recently made a purchase on What on Earth Catalog for a special event that I had coming up. I was really excited to receive my product and decided to pay $25.98 for overnight shipping. However, when I checked the tracking information, I was disappointed to see that my product wouldn't arrive until the following Monday, which was the day AFTER my event.

I decided to call customer service to see if there was anything they could do to help me out. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with didn't seem to know much about the shipping options on their site and wasn't willing to refund any portion of the shipping cost. I was transferred to a manager, but even she didn't seem to care about the situation. The only thing she offered me was a $5.00 coupon towards a future purchase.

To be honest, I was really disappointed with the customer service I received from What on Earth Catalog. It reminded me of dealing with COMCAST, which is never a good thing. If you're looking for a company that truly cares about their customers, I would recommend going with ThinkGeek.com instead. They have a great selection of fun and unique gifts, and their customer service is AMAZING!

What on Earth Catalog Disappointing Experience with What on Earth Catalog: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Shipping

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with What on Earth Catalog. I ordered three things on December 6th, 2018, thinking I had plenty of time to get my order by Christmas. But boy was I wrong. I only received one item a couple of weeks later, and the other two were nowhere to be found.

So I called them up and spoke to a few different people, but they all told me the same thing: my items were still in the warehouse waiting to be processed. They said their manager was working on it and that she would call me back, but she never did.

I called again and pressed 1 to order items, but then I asked to speak to a manager. A nice guy spoke to me and typed in everything I said about not getting my order. I told him to just reorder my two missing items already, but he said a manager would get back to me.

But guess what? The manager never did. I was so frustrated with this company. They had absolutely no customer service at all. They just gave me the runaround.

I've ordered from them before and never had a problem until now. But after this experience, I'm definitely going to think twice about ordering from them again. It's a shame, really. I was looking forward to getting those items, but now I'm just disappointed.

What on Earth Catalog What on Earth Catalog: Your One-Stop Shop for Unique and Fun Gifts

This website is the place to be if you're on the hunt for something out of the ordinary. From remote controlled zombies to giant alarm clocks, they've got it all. And let me tell you, there are hundreds of products to choose from. But don't worry, this site is less tacky than most and surprisingly has some products that you might actually want to buy.

One of the things that caught my eye were the tees. They have genuinely amusing comments on them that will make you chuckle. And if you're looking for a gift for someone who loves nostalgia, they have well-known gifts like the Felix The Cat clock or the CIA Factbook. But if you're feeling a bit more adventurous, they also have some less conservative ideas like the lounging aliens or the Nose Shower Dispenser. Trust me, you won't find these items at your local department store.

If you're a frequent shopper, you might want to consider joining their loyalty scheme called Club WOE. For just $30, you can get double that amount in special deals or freebies. It's definitely worth it if you're planning on using the site for regular or seasonal gift shopping.

Overall, I highly recommend checking out What on Earth Catalog. It's the perfect place to find harmless fun gifts or unusual slogan tees. And who knows, you might even find something that you never knew you needed.

What on Earth Catalog Beware of What on Earth Catalog: Poor Customer Service, Low-Quality Products, and Privacy Violations

Hey, folks! Listen up! I gotta tell you about my experience with What on Earth Catalog. Let me tell you, it ain't pretty. I had some questions about a product in their catalog, so I reached out to them. But instead of getting helpful answers, I got a whole lot of trouble.

First off, their customer service is a joke. They don't seem to care about their customers at all. And the quality of their products? Let's just say it's not great. I was really disappointed with what I received.

But that's not even the worst part. They won't stop bombarding me with ads and emails, even though I've asked them to stop. It's like they don't even care about my privacy or my wishes.

I'm not the only one who's had problems with this company. There are reports of deceptive business practices and even potential legal violations. It's really not cool.

If you've had a bad experience with What on Earth Catalog, you're not alone. You can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission or your credit card company. And if you haven't dealt with them yet, I'd advise you to steer clear. This is not a company you want to do business with.

What on Earth Catalog Disappointing Experience with What on Earth Catalog: Missing Custom T-Shirts and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm not too happy with my experience with What on Earth Catalog. I ordered a bunch of stuff - eight T-shirts and a pair of socks - and two of the T-shirts were custom designs that I made myself. I got a bunch of emails saying that everything had shipped, but when the package arrived, the two custom T-shirts were nowhere to be found.

So I called customer service, and the lady on the phone told me that they were out of stock and not available. I was pretty annoyed - I mean, it was just a plain colored T-shirt that I designed myself, how could they be out of stock? But all she could say was sorry. I asked if they had any other colors of the same T-shirt (they had like twenty different colors to choose from), but she said no, none of them were available either.

I was pretty frustrated at this point, so I asked her why the website even let me order the T-shirts if they were out of stock. And you know what she said? She said that sometimes the website and the warehouse inventory don't match up. Like, what kind of excuse is that? And then I asked her why all the emails said that everything had shipped when they knew that the T-shirts weren't included in the package, and she said that it was the holidays and they were really busy, so the people in the warehouse didn't have time to update the order. Like, come on.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be ordering from What on Earth Catalog again. This whole experience was just a big disappointment.

What on Earth Catalog Disappointing Experience with What on Earth Catalog: Defective Product and No Refund

So, I gotta tell you about my experience with What on Earth Catalog (WOE). I ordered a t-shirt and a knit top, and while the t-shirt was fine, the top was a bit of a mess. It was patchwork with some seams on the inside where they should be, but about half on the outside where seams do not belong. I returned the top, and WOE sent me another one, which was identical to the first. I was not happy, so I asked for a refund ($64.99 plus tax) on August 5, 2020. They assured me that I would get a refund, so I mailed it back using WOE's prepaid parcel return label on August 6, 2020.

A few days after I returned the second top, I got a letter from WOE, dated July 30, 2020, saying, "We received a call from you regarding a product requiring a return authorization." This was strange because I did not call them until August 5. The letter gave me a "return authorization number" and noted that the number "will expire in less than 30 days," but it did not say how much less. Since I had already returned the defective item, on their dime, I had no way to use their "authorization number." The letter also threatened "additional charges" (unstated) if I did not "return the merchandise as soon as possible."

As of today, November 6, 2020, I have not received a refund. Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with WOE. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

What on Earth Catalog Deceptive Free Shipping Offer: My Experience with What on Earth Catalog

So, I recently made an order on What on Earth Catalog, and let me tell you, the experience was not what I expected. I was excited to see a prompt offering free shipping if I provided my email address. Of course, I jumped on that opportunity, who doesn't love free shipping? But then, things took a turn for the worse. The site informed me that there would be a monthly charge of $14.95 for the free shipping. Now, I don't know about you, but that seems like a lot of money just for shipping. I decided to close out of the sign-up process, as it seemed like it would be a multi-step procedure.

Fast forward a month later, and I'm checking my credit card statement when I see a charge for $14.95 from the previous month, and another pending for this month. I was shocked and confused, as I didn't authorize any charges. I immediately put in a dispute with my credit card company and cancelled the card. But, I didn't stop there. I called up What on Earth Catalog to voice my complaint.

Now, let me tell you, I have a lot of experience in marketing and communications, and I know when something is intentionally deceptive. This free shipping sign-up process definitely falls into that category. I explained this to the customer service representative, who sounded frustrated and reminded me that there was a prompt in the sign-up process saying I'd be charged a monthly fee. But, here's the thing, that prompt only came up after entering my email address for the free shipping. It's not like I was given a clear choice to opt-in or opt-out of the service.

I understand that the customer service representative was just doing her job, but I wanted to add my complaint to the pile so that hopefully, What on Earth Catalog will change this practice. It just doesn't make sense to me that by providing my email address for free shipping, I effectively signed up for a monthly service. That's just not how it should work.

Overall, my experience with What on Earth Catalog was not great. I hope that they take customer feedback seriously and make changes to their sign-up process. I don't want anyone else to fall victim to this intentionally deceptive practice.

What on Earth Catalog Buyer Beware: My Terrible Experience with Whatonearthcatalogue.com

I gotta say, I wish I had done my research before I bought something from whatonearthcatalogue.com. Let me tell you, if you're thinking about buying from them, you might wanna think twice. I ordered a hoodie for $49.99 and it took three whole weeks to get to me. But when it finally arrived, it wasn't even the right thing! Instead of my hoodie, I got a tote bag that was worth way less than what I paid for. The tag on the bag said it was the hoodie, but the little tag on the plastic bag it came in had a different number that matched the tote bag. So I called their customer service number and waited on hold for a whopping 50 minutes before I could talk to someone. I asked for a refund and the person on the phone said they'd give me one. They even gave me a return number so I could send back the tote bag without having to pay for postage. But they didn't say anything about needing the tote bag back before they'd give me my money back. They just said it would take a few days for the refund to show up in my account.

Well, I contacted PayPal (which is how I paid for the hoodie in the first place) and explained what happened. But they didn't really understand what I was saying, so they closed the case in whatonearth's favor. I called the company again and waited on hold for 25 minutes this time. The person I talked to said the first person I talked to didn't actually refund my money and that they couldn't give me a refund until they got the tote bag back. They said they had it, but it could take up to 12 days to process the return. I was pretty mad at this point, because the first person I talked to had straight-up lied to me. So I called PayPal again and explained everything again. This time, they understood what I was saying and started a new case. But whatonearth didn't even bother to respond this time. So PayPal found in my favor and gave me my money back.

Honestly, I can't believe how dishonest this company is. If you're thinking about buying something from them, I'd say you should be really careful.

What on Earth Catalog What on Earth Catalog Review: Unique Gifts, but Watch Out for Mistakes

So, I was looking for a cool gift for my sister who is obsessed with squirrels. I stumbled upon What on Earth Catalog (whatonearthcatalog.com) and found an animated squirrel clock that I thought she would love. I placed my order and eagerly awaited its arrival.

But when the package arrived, I was surprised to find a See No Evil Squirrel trio instead of the clock I had ordered. I was pretty annoyed and called up What on Earth to ask why they had sent me the wrong thing. Unfortunately, the person on the other end of the line didn't really have a good explanation for me. They didn't even apologize for the mistake!

I mean, come on. If they didn't have the clock in stock, why didn't they just tell me and cancel the order? It's not rocket science. And if I hadn't been visiting my sister for Christmas, I would have never known that they had messed up my order. It's just frustrating.

Despite this hiccup, I have to say that What on Earth Catalog has some pretty cool stuff. They have a wide variety of unique and quirky gifts that you won't find anywhere else. And their prices are pretty reasonable too.

So, if you're looking for something a little different, I would definitely recommend checking out What on Earth Catalog. Just be prepared for the possibility of a mistake or two along the way.

What on Earth Catalog Unleashing the Power of Creativity: A Review of 'The War of Art' by Steven Pressfield

In December of 2015, I placed an order with these people, but the item never arrived. I phoned to let them know and they said they would promptly replace the lost gift at no cost to me. Dandy. The replacement arrived, was given as a Christmas present and I thought all was well--UNTIL January 11th when they charged me $14.95 out of the blue. I complained and they said it was a charge to join their "club" because I had "filed a claim" with them. I was never told about this and I was livid. They did refund the money--grudgingly. I will never buy from these people again. There are too many other catalog companies and online sites that won't try to cheat me.

What on Earth Catalog Unleashing the Power of Creativity: A Review of 'The War of Art' by Steven Pressfield

I ordered a couple of fun, quirky Christmas presents from What on Earth. This month a charge from WHATONEARTHVIPINSI for $15.77 appeared on my credit card. I called - and the customer service agent said "you were opted in to the VIP Insider program." I was opted in? I didn't even (accidentally) opt myself in?

I bought two quirky presents. I my have gone back there to find another gift at some point, but I am sure I never signed my self up to be a VIP insider. This is deceptive at best.

The customer did refund the charges without much grief. I appreciate that.

I must admit I probably won't go to that website again for fear of getting signed up as an insider!

What on Earth Catalog Poor Customer Service Experience with What on Earth Catalog

I recently made a purchase from What on Earth Catalog and unfortunately, I had a negative experience with their customer service. I ordered a personalized item, but when it arrived, it was the wrong item. I had to call them to inform them of the mistake and I was met with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spoke to three different people over the course of an hour and each one of them was just as rude as the next. One woman even took a call from her daughter while she was supposed to be helping me!

Despite providing them with all the necessary proof of the error, they still dragged their feet on resolving the issue. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. However, I was able to speak with the vendor they used and they were more than happy to fix the problem. I appreciate the vendor's willingness to help, but it's concerning that What on Earth Catalog didn't seem to care about fixing the issue themselves.

If they don't want to deal with issues on personalized items, then they shouldn't be selling them or taking customers' money. It's important for businesses to take responsibility for their mistakes and provide good customer service, but unfortunately, that wasn't my experience with What on Earth Catalog.

What on Earth Catalog What on Earth Catalog Review: Unique Products, Disappointing Service and Missing Items

I recently stumbled upon What on Earth Catalog (whatonearthcatalog.com) and was intrigued by their hilarious tongue magnetic key holders that were on sale for about $7.00 each. I couldn't resist and added an octopus night light to my cart as well. I received my order receipt on November 26th and was excited to receive my package. However, I didn't receive a shipped notice until December 2nd and my package didn't arrive at my Post Office until December 13th. I had to drive through the snow to get it about 4 days later, only to find out that the key holders were not in the package.

To make matters worse, the $6 nightlight wasn't really worth $6, but it was okay. However, it apparently cost me $25 in total. As someone who works nights, I was disappointed to find out that they only accept calls during the day. It wasn't worth wasting my sleep time to try to get the missing key holders.

I can't help but feel like they have these low-priced "come-on" gifts so they can put something in the big box while conveniently failing to put other items in. It's disappointing and makes me feel like they're just your standard rip-off artists.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend What on Earth Catalog. While their products may seem interesting and unique, the lack of customer service and missing items make it not worth the hassle.

What on Earth Catalog Disappointed with What on Earth Catalog: Misspelled Personalization and Poor Customer Service

So, I was looking for a gift for my sister and stumbled upon What on Earth Catalog. I found a wine glass that I thought would be perfect for her, with her name etched into it. I placed my order and eagerly awaited its arrival.

When the package finally arrived, I was excited to see the glass. But when I opened it, I was disappointed to find that my sister's name was misspelled. I was pretty upset about it, so I called the customer service number to see if they could fix the mistake.

The person I spoke to was polite, but they told me that I would need to send the glass back to them in order to get a replacement with the correct spelling. They said they would reimburse me for the cost of shipping it back to them, which was a relief.

So, I sent the glass back and waited for my replacement. When I checked my account, I saw that they had credited me for the cost of the glass, but not for the original shipping or for the return shipping. I was pretty annoyed about this, so I called them again to ask why I hadn't been reimbursed for the shipping costs.

The person I spoke to apologized and said they would take care of it. But when I checked my account again, I saw that they still hadn't credited me for the shipping costs. At this point, I was pretty fed up, so I told them to cancel the order and return my shipping costs.

Well, they didn't cancel the order. Instead, they sent me another glass with the correct spelling. But by this point, I had already ordered a replacement from another website, so I didn't need the glass anymore. And to make matters worse, they still hadn't reimbursed me for the shipping costs.

So, now I'm out $25.65 for a useless product. I'm pretty disappointed with What on Earth Catalog and I won't be ordering from them again. If you're thinking about ordering from them, be careful and make sure you double-check everything before you hit that "buy" button.

What on Earth Catalog Beware of What on Earth Catalog's Shady Free Shipping Offer: A Review

Yo, listen up! I gotta warn ya about this What on Earth Catalog website. They be pullin' some shady stuff with their free shipping offer. They make you enter your email and then BAM! You're signed up for their VIP insider Program and they be takin' $16.26 from ya every month for nothin'! It's a total scam, man. I got caught up in it and it ain't cool. They shouldn't be doin' business like that.

If I had known, I woulda just paid for the shipping charges. But now I gotta call my credit card company and dispute the charges. I did call What on Earth and they canceled my supposed "membership," but that don't make up for the fact that they be trickin' people into signin' up for somethin' they don't want.

I gotta say though, the stuff I bought from them is pretty cool. It's just this whole procedure they got goin' on that's messed up. They need to fix it and be more upfront with their customers. Don't fall for their free shipping trap, y'all.

What on Earth Catalog Disappointing Experience with What on Earth Catalog: Poor Customer Service and Business Practices

So, I just wanted to share my experience with What on Earth Catalog (whatonearthcatalog.com). I made my first purchase with a 10% promotional discount, but when PayPal charged me, the discount was not included. I called What on Earth and after waiting for 20 minutes, I was told that the representative couldn't fix it, but they agreed that I was owed the discount. I contacted PayPal and they gave me the credit after contacting WOE.

Then, I had to return an item for a size adjustment, but I never received the replacement. Instead, I got a credit for the item. After 30 days, I decided to place a new order with a 15% promotional discount. But today, I checked the status of the order and found out that they cancelled the entire thing.

It was their mistake in the first place, but they couldn't or wouldn't make it right. Now, I guess I'm not allowed to do business with them anymore. It's absolutely ridiculous business practices!

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with What on Earth Catalog. I hope they can improve their customer service and fix their mistakes in the future.

What on Earth Catalog some kind of subscription service??

I just noticed my credit card is being charged $14.95/mo for something called what on earth vip insider, which I have never heard of. When I called to ask what this is, and why I am being charged; I was told that I signed up for this when I placed an order from what on earth catalog. This is bullcrap! I would have never done that.

I wish I had read all the negative comments on the consumer complaint sites about this company before I ordered anything. Apparently there are myriad others they are pulling the same scam on. They need to be stopped.

What on Earth Catalog spammers!

I was bombarded by endless emails from your company. The most terrible thing is that I can't stop this crap.
I started getting emails from them one week ago and in total, I got over 300 emails from you. What the heck is that?
Stop it!
I tried to unsubscribe over 5 times and nothing happened at all! Tried to mark your email as spam, but they still get into my inbox folder.
And one more fact from Leisa: I have never subscribed to your [censor] service!
