I went to Claremont Toyota to buy a new car and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. The staff there were friendly and helpful, and they didn't try to pressure me into buying anything I didn't want. The dealership itself was clean and well-maintained, and they had a good selection of cars to choose from.

The salesperson I worked with was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They took the time to explain the different features of the car I was interested in and even let me take it for a test drive. I really appreciated their patience and willingness to help.

When it came time to negotiate the price, they were fair and reasonable. They didn't try to play any games or pull any tricks. We were able to come to an agreement that worked for both of us, and I felt like I got a good deal.

The financing process was also smooth and easy. The finance manager explained all the paperwork to me and made sure I understood everything before signing. They were upfront about the terms and didn't try to sneak in any hidden fees or charges.

Overall, I'm happy with my experience at Claremont Toyota. The staff was friendly, the process was straightforward, and I got a great car at a fair price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I bought a car in December . They said the new sticker and license plate gonna come in a few weeks. But I never got it and now I'm driving with an expired sticker. Plus, the renewal date is July but I bought it in December. I tried calling them but they never answer. I want a partial refund for what I paid.

In January , we decided to buy our new car from Claremont Toyota because they offered a free lifetime oil change. The only condition was that we had to exclusively service our car at Claremont Toyota. If we went anywhere else, the contract for the free lifetime oil change would become invalid. Due to this condition, we had no choice but to have our car serviced at Claremont during the 2-year factory warranty period and the free services that come with all new Toyotas.

However, after our warranty expired in January , Claremont Toyota has refused to honor their contract for the lifetime free oil change. They have modified our agreement by adding a requirement for a $99.89 multiple point inspection in order to qualify for the "free" oil change. According to state regulations, mechanics are obligated to report safety concerns to vehicle owners during service. Inspections have always been conducted free of charge for safety reasons and quality control.

I am disappointed with this breach of contract and would like to file a complaint.

Date 12, I haven't paid anything yet. Let me tell you about my experience with Claremont Toyota. They promised me a quick delivery, but it turned out to be a long wait. They didn't disclose the port issue that caused the delay. When I found out, I emailed them and went to the dealership to ask about their responsibility to inform me. They didn't respond and I made it clear that I wouldn't wait past the promised delivery date. Later, the finance manager emailed me saying I could cancel if I wanted to. So, I went to the dealership to cancel and the sales manager said he would process a refund, which would be available in a couple of days. He gave me a document with the facts and asked how I wanted my refund delivered. I wanted to pick it up in person, but I had to change my plans due to work. I emailed them about it, but they didn't acknowledge my email. Instead, they gave me a document stating that I canceled the purchase, but they refused to give me a copy of the contract. They ignored my requests during the process and my emails. Luckily, I have the email correspondence and recorded conversations with the sales manager, and my friend was there as a witness too.

I bought a new Toyota RAV X XXXX on February 16, at ***. Recently, I noticed that my steering wheel was covered with a cheap piece of fabric instead of a hard shell that connects to the steering wheel and the dashboard. I contacted *** and told them that they forgot to put a hard shell on my RAVX XXXX steering wheel, which connects to the *** and requested it to be fixed. I made an appointment with the Service *** to take my RAVX XXXX to *** on *** December 27. *** was the Service *** who assisted me. I showed *** the steering wheel, and he had another Service Rep take a look at it too. They asked *** to examine the new *** on the lot to see how they were made. *** returned with a photo and informed me that all the *** were made like that. I disagreed with *** because I had been inside 2 other 2021 ***, and they had hard shell covers over the *** wheel. However, *** mentioned that someone with a RAVX XXXX similar to mine had visited the Service *** and he checked her ***. He came back to my car and confirmed that I was right. He was unaware that Toyota had cut corners on some of ***. So, I approached the lady and asked if I could see the inside of her RAV4 and take pictures. *** then informed me that I needed to contact Toyota Headquarters as it was a manufacturing problem. I called Toyota Headquarters on XX-XX-XXXX @ 9:34 a.m. and spoke to ***. I also called *** on *** @ *** p.m. and spoke to *** and ***. According to ***, the dealership cannot fix it. I called *** on XX-XX-XX @ *** and spoke to ***. *** stated that *** Toyota mentioned they have NO *** of me ever bringing my car in regarding the steering wheel fabric versus the hardshell cover. No one is taking responsibility, and I keep getting the runaround.
