Wendy’s - Service, food temp, accuracy, item availability, price misrepresentation

I have already had a bad experience during my most recent visit at this Wendy's location, but I was trying to put that behind me and give them another chance. There was no line for quite a while. I came to the drive thru to purchase a maple bacon chicken croissant w/any drink. Usually at the Wendy's at another location in my city, we can have any drink available. At 1701 hardy st, I was told that the only drink I can have is water or minute made lemonade. I have never been told that before. The cashier said that it has never been for any drink except for the 2 she called out to me. She was having a struggle to recall my order out correctly and then even said that I can't have lemonade after just saying that any water is all I could have, assuming that I must've wanted all natural. I also saw on the screen that my sandwich was priced for 3.99 but the receipt says 4.19, that is a misrepresentation of price. I was not informed of any price change during my purchase. I got to the 2nd window because the 1st window was unoccupied. I was grossed out after the cashier charged my card then placed her entire hand over my drink top. Also this is the same hand that open/closes the window and touches the register. That should be changed. I asked her in front of a person who gave the impression of a manager (no gloves on) about when they stop allowing drinks like OJ with the sandwich purchase and she said they have never done that, which is a lie. I have several receipts from the eddy st. Location of me ordering a plethora of different drinks. The sign clearly says any drink, not just water and mm lemonade like I was told. I told her that I have got it before in the past. She did not give a response and closed the window. Went to grab my bag without sanitizing hands (also w/o gloves) and gave me my food. I immediately took my sandwich out of the bag. It was cold. I don't understand how either because there was nobody in line for quite some time before I placed my order. I didn't have time to inform them because I was heading straight to work. I had to warm up my food at my job in the microwave. I work only 2 mins away. My coworkers were even informing me that this location is the worst one in the city. I really am so displeased with this location that I have no intentions of coming back. I once was a regular customer. It shows no decorum nor care. I don't trust what I am told, nor do I trust the safety of my food. I would like to be reimbursed. I also remember that there were 2ppl outside touching things right before I placed my order. I would love confirmation that the cook(s) at least came back inside and washed their hands or placed on gloves before making my sandwich. The service was fast, but only because I feel like that sandwich was already sitting out for a while. The cashier also needs better training to memory recall on what she says to customers as well. There has been a time before that I arrived at this location and I saw workers. I sat at the speaker for 3 mins and no one took my order. They were in there just talking. This place needs to be changed or closed down if it continues to operate in this low standard way

Desired outcome: Being told the truthBeing charged the advertised price on display screenBoth windows being occupied. Money at 1st one. Food at 2nd one.Better memory recall of order from cashiers end. For my food to be HOT

To add on with my 1st complaint. I also feel that the cashier was intentionally telling me inaccurate things in order for me to leave the drive thru with my assumption that she didnt feel like taking the order. This location has a habit of letting people sit at the speaker with no acknowledgement. I also asked for a large (FREE ANY SIZE) drink w my breakfast sandwich. I was told I could only get a small or medium
