R&B Landscaping messed up the contract and now I'm stuck with super long grass
R&B Landscaping messed up the contract and now I'm stuck with super long grass. Gonna have to shell out more money to get someone else to mow it. I signed up for mowing and trimming every two weeks, but they stopped coming on 22May21. The last time they showed up was on 02Jun and it wasn't even a good job. They had the audacity to tell me on 09Jun that they're ending the contract. I just want them to come back and finish the job or give me some money so I can hire someone else.

I had some concerns with the landscaping project I had with R & B Landscaping & Lawn Care, LLC. One issue was that they didn't provide the plants that were stated in the contract. However, I allowed them to substitute a couple of plants, but later on, I expressed my dislike for one of them. The contractor promised to bring the Variegated Liriope as stated in the contract, but I haven't seen it yet.
My main problem with R & B Landscaping & Lawn Care, LLC is that they were supposed to repair a small area in my front yard with sod, including all the necessary labor and materials. The sod was laid on 4/6, but no dirt was added or very little was added. Since then, I have been requesting for the dirt to be brought out, but the contractor always comes up with excuses and never shows up. Just this morning, on 5/2, I emailed and called to hear his next excuse, but I haven't heard from him yet. He has even used the excuse that the dirt is on the truck and his men will be there, but it has been said three times already. I have contacted him a total of 9 times regarding this matter.
