I just realized that Im subscribed to a monthly shipment that i have NOT AUTHORISED. Could you please contact me urgently and confirm that you have CANCELLED the subscription?
The initial order was the number [protected]

Apart of cancelling the unauthorised subscription, I need to return the second product received and get back my money. Please, send me the details to do it.

    Hi Kaori.
    I am currently in the same situation. Have they contacted you?
    I've been trying to call...but with the time differences it is hard. I am always getting a machine instead.
