Koda Patios

I have filed a formal official complaint with the Nevada Contractor Board along with the Better Business Bureau on this company, I am looking into possible legal action for my new patio cover that this company failed to Install properly they have not passed Inspection twice with the Clark County Building Department both Inspection has failed. They have cause additional damage to my existing Patio structure and the new Patio structure they have Installed leaks in all different area. The company employees do not know how to install Patio's they have come out several times already and only cause more problem and damage to the patio from in properly installing the patio from the beginning. They have lied about the installation of the Patio they never installed a required steel beam per the building plans and have said twice they did not according to the building Inspector they did not. The owner is very unprofessional Jacqueline which I have encountered during telephone conversation, I was also lied to with information given to us claiming this other person by the name is Pat or Patrick claim he is the owner of the company per legal research the owner on record is a Jacqueline Appleyard and she has failed to address and fix this problem from day one. The Owner Jacqueling demanded payment in full in order for her company to order the final inspection with the County which we complied and paid her company in full to get our Inspection schedule and get the final inspection past for the building permit they pulled for this patio and now they patio has failed to past inspection twice.
