Waste Connections review: Dumpster services and billing

Was charged for overfill of container because lids were not closed, could not close lids because driver pushed dumpster back and lodged lids into dirt. Complained and was told I would receive a credit, after months received a credit but in that period of time was billed a second time for the same charges. Complained was told I would receive a credit never received a second credit. After I complained the driver started putting dumpster closer to street and drive way eventually he had dumpster sitting 2' on driveway. Went with new company and now have a double billed charge, and a pick up charge and a prorated for an additional week when dumpster was pocked up and low and behold tried to contact main office and they want me to pay $2.00 to speak with someone to resolve. AI and WCI are impossible to deal with don't get caught in their ignorance. Not paying $2.00 to speak with them.
