Waste Connections review: Trash pickup

The same thing has happened twice. The company did not puck up trash. I called (because I had away) to request they pickup the following week. I understood I was away and there was no reason for them to stop because my bin was not out. I put my bin out and they did not stop. A side note...I paid for trash pickup even when I was away. In the past I usually called if I were going to be away. They were barely civil. So last time I did not call to informvi would be away. It was a mere courtesy on my part to notify them. However, on my previous return they created the lie that my trash was not and there was photo showing no bin (a lie). Anyway, l did not inform them I would be away (I paid them anyway) the last time I left. They neglected to pickup and we hen I called came out with the same lie again. I know they were lying and they know they were lying. I asked to see the non-existent photo and was told it was confidential. There is no photo because my bin was out. Why do they find that lying is easier than just saying ok. Will make a note and will pickup next week.
