We booked an apartment from warmrental.com through Airbnb. The apartment itself was spacious and located in a good area of Lisbon. After the trip, the host started accusing us of burning holes in the sofa with cigarettes, which is absurd since none of us smoke, and we didn't have any means of making fire with us. As you can read from other reviews, they systematically scam their customers. We filed a police report and recommend others do the same
