I can't believe how terrible this company is. They don't care about their customers at all. They just want to take your money and run. I would never recommend WarmRental to anyone. Stay far away from them if you don't want to get ripped off.

I wouldn't recommend WarmRental to anyone. When we arrived at our rental, we were shocked to find black mold on the ceiling of our bedroom. It was really gross and made it hard to breathe. We had allergic reactions right away and knew we couldn't stay there. We had to find another place to stay the next day, which ended up costing us twice as much for the month.

To make matters worse, WarmRental is still holding onto our money. We've tried to get a refund, but they won't give it to us. We've even had to take our claim to PayPal to try and get our money back.
