A blogger, Stepanie Nielson of www.nieniedialogues.com was allowed to shadow a doctor in ER at Raleigh, NC. She is not in the medical profession, she is not a student, yet she was allowed to be present when patients were seen and where patient ‚confidential‘ medical records were given. This was all done for her benefit and her self centred blog. Why would any hospital management allow this?
This is unprofessional and a clear breach of hospital confidentiality.

I will report this hospital and suggest that a thorough investigation should be conducted into the procedures of the ER department.

Wake med children department is the worest, my son sat out in the waiting area for over 3 hr with a hole in his head...I informed them of what happened and that he could have a possible concussion, however they just left us sitting and sitting..I spoke with the RN on duty and imfomed her that I could no longer keep him awake.. nothing was done..I do not feel like my son was given the proper care and attention, even witness an RN son come in with his dad and of course the child was rushed right to the back, something really need to be done about there customer service..

My son Joseph M. Droese was employed by Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin by working in Goodwill Laundry in 2005 to 2006. He was doing a good job in Goodwill Laundry until Orangetta Kelly-Shellie became the new laundry manager at Goodwill Laundry. When Orangetta Kelly-Shellie became the new laundry manager in November 2005, she made the laundry co-workers and disabled co-workers lives a living hell in 2005.in 2006 Orangetta Kelly-Shellie and Jennifer Evancy let him go, because the second shift laundry supervisors Brian Schultz, Earl Hubbard and JeWarren Robertson and the laundry trainer Christina Hubbard was working him too hard, He was in pain and His ankles were swollen and swelling up on him, He could not stand up any longer! In 2006, Orangetta Kelly-Shellie fired my son, because of his work performance in Goodwill Laundry! In January 2007 my son passed away, because of his mental health. Orangetta Kelly-Shellie and Jennifer Evancy don't care about disabled co-workers and disabled people, They don't care what happens to them! Don't ever work for Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin and Goodwill Laundry, because they will ruin a disabled person's reputation, manhood and womanhood!

I had a job working at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, I was working in Goodwill Laundry until Orangetta Kelly-Shellie let me go, because of my work performance. Orangetta never gave laundry co-workers their respect, self respect and dignity! Orangetta is bad management material at Goodwill Laundry. She did other laundry co-workers wrong in Goodwill Laundry. She mistreated laundry co-workers wrong at Goodwill Laundry! I hope Goodwill Industries and Goodwill Laundry don't hire Orangetta Kelly-Shellie as management material. Orangetta Kelly-Shellie screws co-workers out of their jobs when she is management material! I ain't never gonna work for Orangetta Kelly-Shellie no more, because of her wrongful actions against disabled co-workers and laundry co-workers! Sooner or Later it's all gonna catch up with her where and whatever she goes!

Orangetta Kelly-Shellie is evil, dirty, shady and crooked! She tarnishes and ruins people and co-workers lives.She ruined and tarnished my life Raymond Perez's life and the other co-workers lives at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin in 2006, 2007 through 2011! She, Chandra Henderson-Martinez, Stacy Peterson, Troy Norman, Michael Giles, and Vernetter Montgomery made Goodwill Security Manager Walter Smith file a restraining order on me in December 2007 and made me come to court for it in January 2008! In 2009 she ruined and tarnished Lenora Thomas and Leon Patterson's life at Goodwill Industries! This is gonna follow Orangetta Kelly-Shellie for the rest of her life and It's gonna catch up with her everywhere she go.She's gonna end up doing that to someone else's life at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh, North Carolina!

The WakeMed services are very bad and unprofessional. They sent an incorrect claim to my insurance and refused to correct.

I had an Emergency Room visit with WakeMed hospital in NC at the night of January 2012. I had serious vomiting and positional vertigo (cannot stand and walk) and the doctor requested a CT exam. The total cost is $4, 559. According to my insurance plan (UMR, a UnitedHealthcare Company) the insurance should cover 80% (On UMR_Med_policy, page 4).

UMR informed me that WakeMed sent an incorrect claim to UMR (quote “This determination is based on the diagnoses that were billed by WakeMed Hospital”, 5/22/2012), which led to UMR only paid 70%. That is, UMR covered 10% ($456) less.

I have requested WakeMed sending a corrected claim to my insurance company by two certified letters (on 6/18/2012 and 7/24/2012), but have not received any responses. I also called them at least four times (talked with Dwight and Giles of WakeMed Financial Services on 6/4/2012 and 6/14/2012), but they did not give me any feedback.

More badly, WakeMed put my account to a debt collection company in August.
