I got my basement waterproofed on April 8th
I got my basement waterproofed on April 8th. I called *** and he said he'd come to my house on May 17th to check out a problem outside my house that made a lot of water come in on the other side of my house. But ***Stampet didn't show up or call to let me know he wasn't coming. Then I talked to a guy named *** and he said they'd come out on Friday May 28th, but no one showed up. I called the Vulcan office at 1:22 that day and the secretary said she'd call me back, but she didn't. The wall of my basement has spots where they didn't put cement. I'd like to know if they get back to people, return calls, or give an exact time when they're coming to your house. I always call them, but *** hasn't called back yet. He said they didn't show up this past Friday because someone got sick. A phone call would have been nice so we wouldn't just keep waiting.

I been tryin' for 2 years for them to fix my patio that they put in
I been tryin' for 2 years for them to fix my patio that they put in. They make appointments but never keep 'em, they always cancel. I got holes in my patio that I gotta cover up with rugs. The sad part is they the only ones that can fix this. If I knew the customer service was so bad I woulda went somewhere else. Very frustratin', please help.

Vulcan did waterproofing on my house on 3/3. They said it's a lifetime guarantee. But on 2/14, Sunday, I saw water in my basement. I called them that morning and left a message. One of their techs called me back on Monday morning and said he would call me back. But he never did. I called again on Tuesday morning, but no one got back to me. I tried again on Tuesday afternoon, but no one returned my call. Now, I have to find another provider at my own cost, and my basement is getting damaged because of their carelessness.
