Vroom asked me to put $249.00 down on a car I was interested in. After talking to the salesperson she advised the car could not be delivered for 14 days. 20 minutes later I called back and the sales lady refused to refund my $249.00 deposit. She stated that is their policy to keep all deposits. I did explain that the salesperson did not advise me it was non-refundable. The salesperson said it's their policy and if I click on a certain portion of their website I would see their policy. So the salesperson failed to advise of this policy and they are keeping my $249.00. This is wrong and needs to be corrected.
Desired outcome: want my $249.00 deposit refunded.
