Subject: VRBO WORST VACATION EXPERIENCE EVER

Jeff and Brian,

I apologize for this having to reach your level but unfortunately no one in your company can help me. I’ve been getting the run around since Saturday and have spent over 4 hours on the phone with your team.

I booked this property on your website well in advance of my trip. Two days before it was cancelled due to a fraudulent property listing. I was stuck finding a place on my own - asked your team many times to help. I ended up having to stay in 3 different places with my 6 guests and Uber all over town. This was because there was a concert in SF that brings 80,000 people into town.

I was told I would be re-imbursed the $1572 + an additional & $1572. I have submitted my receipts and no one will get back with me. Mind you that no where covered the additional expense I had to incur. On top of the fact very embarrassing for me to have to drag my guests all over the Bay Are

Desired outcome: Refund $3000
