I have moved to vox Wi-Fi and my contractor started on 1 August. They send me the router on 4 August and I’m struggling to do the self installation. I call their call center and days later they send a technician. He realises that I need an installation. Then they send the Blitz fibre guys to do the installation. They get to my house on 22 August and then tell me they won’t be able to install because it will take long so they’ll come back on Saturday 26 August. They never pitched. I sent emails, called and whatever you can think of and no assistance whatsoever. Finally I get an installation done on 11 September but the damn things isn’t working. They send their technician who got to my house, did nothing and left. 15 September I’m still struggling to setup the router, their call centre agent is unable to assist and says they’ll send their technician again. The worst service ever. I would never recommend anyone to use vox. It’s taking almost 2 months just to get the installation and Wi-Fi working. I’m frustrated to the limit. Tried cancelling and again, no one to assist. At this point, I don’t know when we’ll ever get this Wi-Fi working.

Desired outcome: Get my Wi-Fi working
