Dear Hello Peter,
I am writing to you to lodge a complaint about the bad service I have been receiving from Vox. I am extremely disappointed with the way they have treated me as a customer, and I feel that it is important to bring this to your attention.
I recently cancelled my account with Vox and was promised that they would collect the router that was part of the agreement. However, to my surprise, I received a letter from a debt collector stating that I owed money for the router that was not collected by Vox. This is completely unacceptable, as I had already arranged for the collection of the router on the 10th of November 2022 and had received a Vox ticket number VOX18505436-T1-1 as confirmation.
Despite numerous attempts to contact Vox via email and phone, I have not received any response from them. I have tried to resolve this issue with them, but it seems that they have no intention of rectifying the situation or even acknowledging my complaint.
I feel that Vox has breached their agreement with me, and I should not be held liable for a router that they were supposed to collect. It is very frustrating and disappointing to be treated in this manner by a company that I trusted. I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Vox. I hope that this complaint will be taken seriously, and that Vox will be held accountable for their actions. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. An Audrey Stone sent an email to the personal account I used to subscribe with that instructed me to return to the jungle from which I came and banned me. I never posted anything offensive and thought it was a hack but it turned out to be very real and very disgusting. I contacted the NAACP and they said that they are looking into the matter. I understand that moderators are not the actual company but for a company that promotes left leaning ideals I think its obtuse to turn a blind eye to such vulgar displays of hate. The mod in question may have had a problem with my opinions but I never crossed any lines.
