I gotta say, Vova.com is not the place to be if you don't want to lose your hard-earned cash. I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with them, trust me. I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me the wrong size, but they wouldn't take responsibility for it. Their customer service is a joke - it's just a computer that spits out the same canned responses over and over again. It's pretty clear that they don't care about their customers when they can't even be bothered to reply personally. And if that wasn't bad enough, they've even gone and blocked negative reviews on other sites. That's just shady, if you ask me. So take my advice and steer clear of Vova.com. I was so stoked when I saw that Vova had two of the king bedding sets that I was looking for, but when I tried them on my bed, I found out that all of them were only queen size and not North American sizes. And to top it off, the gold decals that I ordered didn't even stick to the wall. What a waste of money! The pillow slips were also too small, which was super annoying. At this point, I don't think I'll be ordering from Vova again. I don't feel like they value me as a customer and I don't want to risk having another negative experience. I won't be recommending Vova to my friends, family, or anyone else for that matter. It's a shame because I was really hoping to have a positive experience with this online retailer, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
