UPS delivered a package with Voomi Supply LLC on the label at 11:44am central time. The package was placed on the left side as you approach my front door in the upper corner. The box appeared to be crushed and was opened. It had allot of clear tape wrapped underneath to reseal it as if something may have fallen out. But to deliver an EMPTY package is insane. I don't want to blame anyone, but my MONEY has been spent. I contacted Voomi support and spoke with Laura, who sent me an email to submit all my photos of the package. I also submitted a video. Order date: 7-13-25, ref# 120556, purchase order# 21290933.
