Voomi Supply review: False advertising

They advertise in parentheses that my order includes a FREE led light.
After receiving the order, it was not included. I called Zoomi and spoke with Patrick and explained what happened. He looked it up on his end and said, yeah you're right, it's right there in parentheses.

Then he gave my a list of things to do to reply to an email that he had sent. He forward it to the catalog team and two days later he replied that the team said it was a mistake. He apologized and then offered a return.
Unfortunately, this is not a satisfactory solution. I would have expected for them to provide the $50 (retail) light or offered me a discount.

This company is using bait and switch tactics to sell their products and can not be trusted!
