Volpe Enterprises review: Storm door not installed correctly poor service

I had a storm door installed on 2-28-25 the door does not latch when it shuts, I have to pull it to close, and I cannot lock the door from inside. I have had several service man come out could not fix the problem spoke to JR several times he even came out still not fixed was to get call backs from JR said on he was to get in touch with the Manufacture and was to call me on the Sept 26 and call Oct. 3rd.was to come out no show no call. He said it was a miss Communication. JR came out and also Ian and Dave.I want my door fixed or a new one installed Carol Yannone 1747 west chester pike Unite 35 Havertown PA go into my file and see how long I been dealing with this. Too long I wished I never had Volpe install a door for me. last contact with JR was 9-19 was to call me to conform 9-26 to come out again NO CALL NO SHOW
