Vivastreet have on 4 occasions deducted money from my account without authorisation, if I hadn’t checked my bank account and changed my card I believe they would still be stealing cash from me, they are refusing to refund the money and claim it passed 3DS security. They stole the money on 5&6th March 2022 a d the company did nothing start using 3DS security until the 8th March!
They are thieves and scammers
Desired outcome: I want my money back!
Upon reviewing the posting guidelines and terms & conditions, it is evident that the advertisement breaches several key rule
1.Displaying inappropriate or explicit content that violates community standards.
2.Engaging in the promotion of illegal activities or services.
3.Posting misleading or false information about the services offered.
