Vivian from special donations told me I didnt have special donation authorization. She said I can donate regular walk in... Vivian scheduled me I received Emails and text of my Appointment and upon arriving they had my name on for donating. Then when registering I was not allowed to donate because I was one day too Early... I work 6 days a week and wasted my morning... And this would have been my 40th donation... Thanks for wasting my time

Claimed loss: My only day off morning

Desired outcome: What can be Done????? I see the commercials you put on TV and then get treated like this
