I went to virginia credit union on 10/2022 and requested to withdraw a 1,000 dollars from my saving account. I provided he teller with my indentification. She gave me the funds and I signed my name and took the recepit whe gave me. I did not look at the recepit because I was confident that the transction was done correctly. At that time. I was preparig to bury my mom and my mind was not on the transction completly.
On 1/13/2023 I received a call from an emplohee named tina imnforming me that 1,000 had been taken from my account and returned to an client named linda king. I was very upset because that was the account that my bills are paid out of and because of this employee mistake now I have to retrive the funds from anoter source to cover my bills which will be charged a late fee which I have to pay.
