Vesat Management Consultants review: Fake / unprofessional recruiter 32

E sateesan is very unprofessional person, he is more interested in personal information than the interview process. Asking for age, photos etc irrelevant demand to fulfill for client and for him, specialy from female employees. He is illiterate guy and such a mad person.

what ever people write and support her about this VESAT and its MD Satheesan one thing is evident he is just too unprofessional and arrogant immature where he just not able to accept talent of people and squeeze them horribly to get his job done and will not pay them salary also... he will always FIND faults to all work and only critiize a educated man talented with great knowledge but lacks Management way to build a team, organization... or even ZERO people management... and crook to trap innocent people... few of his batchmates etc... help him to survive in business and nothing great this company is about... no culture, shabby language and shabby communicatio and over all crook cunning way to throw away people and NOT TO PAY THEM hahahahah generous fool or a generous crook with vision like a frog and behaves like a barking... But one thing he will realize soon in LIFE all his actions will have opposite and equal reaction sooner or later and he may be find it hard to digest or pass that time. KARMA he need to face consequence to the curse of lot of innocent people and girls...

Interesting feedback, negative mostly and consistently for the past 5 years.. and the company still exists and continue doing business.
What exactly is going on guys? are you guys taking your frustration out on your recruiter? is this what you call catharsis.. blaming the messenger for your failures? If this is your response to a recruiter who failed to land you a job, how do you expect yourself to be a good professional? that too for a senior management position?! think again, is it your fault or your recruiters?!

Hai everybody who posted the above mesgs . Many are telling many impressions about Mr Satheesan, I don't know how many of you know him personally, He may b a extraordinary good character which you all didn't like because your needs not fulfilled. Any how as many of u said you r not getting proper reply for the resumes u sent, atleast an acknowledgment reply
If your resume suits the existing vacancy defenetly any agency will reply if they did not call u doesn't mean that the agency is not Good. it means you r not suitable or qualified for the existing vacancy
Atleast as some of you said they are not collecting any money from candidates as regn charge or charges for job
So it is a very Good thing & service they r following to help others Many not highlighting the Good thing with them
All r ready to point out negative things only..
Then staff behaviour many persons r different every one can't behave the way we like we should adjust a little bit because we r there for getting a job
Many agencies are collecting 500 to 1000 regn charge + 40 to 50% of salary after getting job No one has got a complaint on these matters.( If any one want names I can give 25+ agencies in Cochin)
Then as many said he having connection with commissioner, MLA MP it is normal a good business man should have connections & relation with all lower & higher people for running his business in right way
Any how before posting something think twice what u r going to post is exactly right or not
As one person said he found Mr Satheesan drunk in the office. No proprietor will drunk & sit in his office he may drink in evng or if he feel like drinking he will go out of office & will not return to office during working hours in a drunken stage

Many overseas licensed & non licensed are cheating or collecting more payment from many people no one is having time to question them
U r running behind a good local agency for spending your time & making yourself happy

Truly said this consultant is a fake. I think people like Me. Satheesan should not be entertained. Every time he says he is busy. He never responds back to our mail.

fraud company dont pay salary to people and always blame and insult the employees, the MD claims he is MBA but he dont have any ethics and i do doubt its a fraud MBA. there is an Executive Director also acting and dancing like a monkey under MDs instructions...their aim is to insult people dont pay money. the MD also claim most of the Police, Politicians and Judge etcc are his friends and if you ask salary he will threaten like this.. 15 years a company dont know how to build a team and do business... also i understand he dont pay any Service Tax etc.. and he is binami to lot of politcians. typical kerala goonda...

In kerala all companies are giving salary in time, with or without result, Mr Satheesan, give only based on productivity, this a unprofessional, fake

We have to check the vesat doing any business or recruitment in kerala, outside, all consultancies are doing well, working professionally, We have to check Mr satheesan is capable to recruit a person, interview a person, We have check capability, efficiency, education, knowledge, Kochi like city lot of professionals recruitment firm are here, All industry and company can check and assess, his competency

He called me up and was explaining much about his portfolio than listening to me... I couldn't even figure out if he was speaking English only!
Being a HR professional myself, found it very unprofessional act from his end... He also kept calling frequently, test messaging, finally ended by texting in was sup!

First of all - working with VESAT is not everybody's cup of tea. To work there - one has to be very sharp. A person with passion for recruitment can only stick on and work here. So people who find it difficult are the ones who are not able to produce results.

We bad and pathetic person. today I was called for an interview by a lady there and she told it was not a consultancy and it was a company and they need an Sn HR person, i had a doubt and aked her again if it was a consultancy she told no and she scheduled an interview with the MD Mr.Satheesh, I went there and first itself i understood it is a consultancy and the appearance of the person he was a shabby person. He was talking all nonsence. He was drunk was stinking i dont know how the ladies there were tolerating that guy. i hope i had noticed these posts before i went for the interview!

This vesat guy is an absolute fake. Do not trust this guy. Simply keeps posting high profile openings in naukri.com. Naukri to delist this fake guy immediately. Jobseekers beware of this idiot.

I have seen only the advertisements but no recruitments from Vesat. Mr. Satheesan is not a man of words and he has an unstable mind.
Mr. Satheesan is unstable/disturb/intrude/sneaky person.
He tells something and does something. People especially employees do not work more than a week with him because of his unprofessional attitude. He cheats everyone and gods know what he is doing by making false commitments. If anyone tries to deal with him, please be careful as he never keeps his commitments and cheat people. It is a totally unprofessional organisation to deal with. I request all concerned to take the issues to Labour Officer at Kochin and ensure closure of this company. He does not pay salaries to his employees and threaten them.

Alteast they are not charging any consultancy fee. There is one more big looter in the recruiting industry named RMOS. They take people money and inturn talks unethically that they cannot assist if you keep following up and warn us to do whatsoever.
They are absolute threats to job seekers who are already wound. Can anybody take stringent action or suggest a good way to rip them off from this placement segment.

I totally agree with the comments which indicate how unprofessional is Vesat, both Mr. Satheesan and his staff. My own experience prompts me to post this comment to message board. Mr. Saathesan's talk on the phone were very rude and his staff non professional. The calls made to a recruiter in the firm were cut or either unattended. Thereafter, a message would be received saying that they will call back. The unprofessional part is that they wont call. Even in mails, the courtesy mail that they received the resume wont be given. The company lack serious management / professionalism issues as seen from my experience dealing with Vesat.

Mr.E.S Satheesan was exactly a waste fellow.The employee culture of vesat is also very pathetic.Even every month, he used to select some candidates for his company.He will not salary to his employees.Will black mail the employees that the police commisioners and the several ministers are in his custody and he will make nuicance.The most waste man i had ever seen.My advice to all please dont go for vesat.If u felt any bad frm vesat, please give a complaint labour officer.

LOl, all Indian Companies are unprofessional. Most of them real companies, no scams, but I'm talking about the recruiters. They are coming from different culture and things that are not ok in US ok in India. The list is big, but for instance 1. If you're talking to recruiter and he didn't agree with you on the rate you're asking, he just not going to reply to your email. 2. You are asking something in particular, and they give you some general answer, or answering with question no related to yours. 3. You agreed on certain rate, pass the interview, got the job offer, then get call from recruiter stating that he is sorry but he cant offer you the rate you agreed on, even though there is confirmation email from him stating that rate. I can go on and on about them, I don't blame them directly since it is a cultural difference, but I believe that if you trying to expand to a new environment you must adopt professionalism of that environment, and they don't.

i had also seen his ad and called up Mr. Satheesan. He said he was busy and to call him later. He does not speak good English neither does he speak professionally. He has no idea of the posting done and he says he is a Mechanical Engieer and so this field that is in the advt is not his area and so does not know about it. If this is the case how does he screen the resumes ?
If you call him back, he even lacks the knowledge of the posting and who you are . He does not work prosfessionally and I doubt he actually has the jobs posted nor does he have any clients. Please be careful of this company and this man...it is big SCAM

Yeah, the people in vesat are pathetic peoples especially the MD. The person can't even speak good english and stammers and fumbles alot while talking in english. He posted a job requirement in a portal and when i applied, i got a called and they said they have openings with various clients and for the first time no consultancy calls anyone to their office for 1st level interview but they insisted and when i went they kept asking me stupid questions, i mean the person cant even screen resumes and dont know how to talk professionally. He will tell you to call after somedays and when you do he will give you some lame excuse and will disconnect the call. I dont understand why the hell has he openend a consultancy without a job requirements and wasting people's time and money.. Pathetic people pathetic service..

This person posts high profile jobs, and ask people to forward their resume to a yahoo.com email ID. After that, there is no response.

If you ask him about the company, he will ask you to call in the evening or next day.

I dont know what his intentions are but looks like he is enjoying wasting time of people.
