Venue.com is a website that I recently used to purchase a dress. Unfortunately, the dress didn't fit me quite right, so I had to return it. It ended up costing me a total of $28.00 in returns after fees, which was a bit frustrating. In hindsight, I probably should have just kept the dress and tried to make it work.

To make matters worse, the customer service at Venue.com was not very helpful. They were rude and didn't seem to care about my concerns. I was hoping to get some assistance with the return process, but instead I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. It was a disappointing experience overall.

Despite my negative experience, I do think that Venue.com has some potential. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a decent selection of clothing items. However, I would caution anyone who is considering making a purchase from this site to be aware of the return fees and the less-than-stellar customer service. It's important to weigh the pros and cons before making a decision.
