listen up. I gotta tell ya, I've been through three debt settlement companies since last year in October. The first one straight up lied to me and now I got a charge from Mariner Finance on my credit report. The second one took my payments but didn't do squat to negotiate my debt. I was about to lose my mind when Terry Ridley called me up on a Sunday. Michelle, Ruffa, and Alvin have been working their magic and already settled with two of my nine creditors in less than two weeks. Their customer service is off the charts amazing. They even sent copies of my limited POAs to all my creditors. I'm feeling like I won the lottery with these guys. They're helping me get back on my feet and I couldn't be happier. I had some issues with Mediator Law Group and they said they would fix it by giving me $1,000. The guy said he'd call me on 09/08/2022 and I'd get the money in 3 days. But he never called me back. I left a message on 09/09/2022 but no one has called me back yet. My customer number is ***. He also said he'd check the call records and give me a refund if they messed up. I asked for transcripts but never got them.

I hired Mediator Law Group to help me negotiate my debt and protect my credit, but they ended up taking all my money without paying the necessary amounts. I contacted them in September and November for a refund, but I haven't received anything yet. They promised to refund me in 10 days, but it's been months and I still haven't received anything. I even sent a follow-up letter in November to remind them, but still nothing. This has damaged my credit even more and caused me financial problems. I've escalated the issue to the appropriate authorities and will continue to do so until I get my refund.
