VTS has been great for my 3D printin and product developmnt needs. Their many technologies to use and develop with let me work with them on multiple levels. The staff on hand were able to address my concerns and exceed my expectations.

I bought a really great printer from Vector Technology Systems and I was super happy with the printer's value and the customer service, which was really professional and polite. After that, they designed and printed different projects for me and the projects turned out just like I wanted. Vector's designers listened carefully and made the designs perfectly.

My family got a 3d printer from Vector Technology Systems LLC. We also got design and printing services. This is, without a doubt, the best company in 3d printing and other additive manufacturing that I have ever dealt with, and I've dealt with quite a few. When I bought it, Vector had a sale on personal 3d printers. If I compare it to the ones available on Amazon, the 3d printer that I bought was much better in terms of the quality of the product it produced. It was more user-friendly and generated much better quality. The ones on Amazon that are any good are all over $1,500. I paid around $600, and it worked better than the comparables that go for $2,000+. Other printers that work with filament often come out with a stringy look. They just don't look that good. The Vector 3d printer consistently produces excellent products. I had a few questions, and the staff at Vector were always attentive and very helpful. Vector provided design services and did some 3d printing for me. Again, their work was excellent. Their prices were fair. They did the work under budget and very quickly. Vector took the time to understand my needs. I gave them a basic design, and they improved it a lot. I recommend this company. They are the best that I have ever dealt with. They must be one of the very best. If I had known about their high-quality standards, I might have been hesitant to call. I would have assumed them to be expensive. But they are not.

I recently bought a 3D printer and some stuff from Vector. The service I got was amazing. The salesperson was really patient. I'm not an expert in this stuff. I called a few other places. They tried to sell me more stuff. But Vector did the opposite. The salesperson took the time to understand what I wanted to use the 3D printer for. I had picked a printer that would have cost me almost $8,000. The salesperson explained how I could save a lot of money and still use it for more things. The end result was really great. I saved a ton of money and got a better product. I've called Vector a few times since I bought it. I haven't had any problems. I just had some questions. Most places would have rushed me off the phone. But at Vector, I got real service. The representative patiently answered all my questions, not with short answers, but with explanations that I could understand. While I was at Vector, I found out they have a program where they'll buy back my printer after 2 or 3 years for up to 50% of what I paid. I can use that money to buy something new from Vector. I don't know anyone else who does that. After I bought the printer, I called Vector and asked if they could make a copy of something that's really important to me. They made the copy and it cost a lot less than other offers I got. Plus, the copy was so good that I couldn't even tell it apart from the original. They finished the work faster than we agreed. I'm really happy with this company. Their work is amazing, just like their products. And their service is excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone.

A buddy told me 'bout Vector. I was lookin' for a 3d printer. I also had this idea I wanted to make into a product. Vector was awesome. They really helped me with the printer. They got their own brand, which I ended up buyin'. But they didn't push it. They told me 'bout lotsa options. They actually showed interest and explained what different 3d printers do. The Vector 3d printer had a good price. Their guarantee is great. For Vector's 3d printers, Vector has a buy-back program. After some use, Vector will buy back my 3d printer at a great price and let me buy a new product. At first, I had questions, so I called their customer service. I didn't know what to expect, but they walked me through everything. Their customer service is real good and responsive. The Vector folks helped me with the design of my product. They gave me some input that I would never have thought of. Their engineering and design folks put serious thought into my product. Ultimately, they did a 3d print of a prototype. They went beyond my expectations. They're both creative and then rigorous in their approach. Their pricin' was fair, and they got equipment that I ain't seen nowhere else. Vector got a huge vacuum former, a real advanced metal 3d printer, and a super-fast, big resin printer. Goin' into this, I thought I'd have to pay a fortune. I didn't. Actually, the Vector customer service person guided me away from overly expensive solutions and helped me find products and services that were well within my budget. I figured he must be on a commission like most in his position. After he spent so much time really helpin' me, I got up the guts to ask him why he was pointin' me away from the pricey solutions. I asked 'bout his commission. He explained that he wasn't compensated based on how many sales. He was bonused based on customer satisfaction. I love it! I recommend Vector above all others.

Vector is one of the best companies I've ever bought from. My wife, *** referred me to them. I got a 3d printer from Vector. They also had a cool program to rent a super precise 3d scanner. Vector had both a rental and rent-to-buy option. Now I buy all my 3d printing stuff from them. Their prices are better than anyone's, and the quality is just as good, if not better. They have their own line of industrial printers, and they're amazing. I needed something printed with a really weird material. Nobody else I know could've done it. But Vector figured it out and printed it in less than a week. They're amazing!

When I brought my Vector printer home, I thought it was broken. But it wasn't. I just didn't know how to use it. I called their customer service and talked to ***. He helped me with everything. Since then, the printer has worked perfectly. A few weeks later, I contacted their customer service again. There were some things I didn't know how to do. *** scheduled an appointment with me to teach me more about 3d printing. He spent a whole hour with me, teaching me more than I knew before. He's not a show-off. He just went through things I needed to know. Now, I'm getting so much out of my Vector printer.

One time, I thought I broke the machine by putting filament where it shouldn't be. I called Vector customer service and talked to a really nice guy. We did a zoom call so he could see what I did. He fixed the issue in just 10 minutes. He asked me to call back in a few days to make sure everything was good. I did, and he seemed genuinely happy to hear from me and that everything was fine. I've had other 3d printers, but my Vector printer is the best by far and the best value for money. I highly recommend Vector. They're more than excellent. They're the best!

I used to work for Vector Technology Systems LLC for a while. They kept promising to pay the wages I earned, but they never did. They always said it would be ASAP, but it never happened. Other employees were also struggling to get their pay. It's been months since I left, and still no payment. I'm going to file a formal complaint with the *** of ***. I've heard they have ways to make sure these people give the right compensation, no matter what. I might also reach out to my former coworkers to see if they want to join in on the complaint. Overall, they have shown themselves to be dishonest and untrustworthy. A company that doesn't value its workers won't treat its clients well either.

On April 12, 2022, I ordered and paid ($2,227.27) for a SnapMaker 2.0 A350T machine, enclosure for the SnapMaker 2.0 A350T as well as accessories bits from ***, Technical Consultant at Vector Technology Systems. At the time I placed the order, I received an invoice #*** showing I paid the full amount and owed nothing. After many emails and calls with ***, in early November, it was decided by *** and myself that I would cancel my order and Vector Technology Services would issue me a full and complete refund to my wife's PayPal account. As of today, December 15, 2022, I have received numerous assurances that I would get a partial or full refund. That has not happened. I am also upset that they are telling me I might only get a partial refund. I did not give them a partial down payment for the machine I ordered; I gave them the full amount they required.
