To Whom It May Concern,

It is with deep concern that I bring to your attention the unethical and unprofessional behavior of Neima Bohemiany (MVIC S2024946) and his team, Carvilla at the Vancouver Auto Credit (VAC) dealership that committed fraud. Through my dealings with him and his team, I have realized that their practices directly conflict with the principles of transparency and fairness. How they conduct business is deceptive, FRAUDULENT, and aimed at exploiting unsuspecting honest customers like me.

To conclude, I was misled by Neima Bohemiany (MVIC S2024946) finance Manager of team Carvilla of the Vancouver auto Credit dealership into buying a USED 2018 Ford EcoSport with 70.000 km for$40.000 with the assurance of being a reliable and affordable vehicle, with false promises of refinancing 6 months later, only to realize that I had been deceived and taken advantage of. Now instead of refinancing, he is sending the insolvency trustees of “Harris and Partners” to harass me and convince me to declare bankruptcy. Neima deliberately inflated the retail sale price of the car by about $24,000, resulting in a retail price of $40.000 and a final price that he deliberately kept hidden from me of paying $65,092.32 after a 7-year financing plan while paying $357.65 bi-weekly, instead of $257.65 bi-weekly he originally mentioned to make me sign the Panda Doc.

After paying $11,444,8 in the first year, for a car that is now worth $12.000 I am now left with a crippling $35,000 negative equity and nobody can help me. It is important to mention that the MSRP of a brand-new 2018 Ford EcoSport is $23.000. Vancouver Auto Credit Dealership's (VAC) car-selling practices are unethical and unacceptable, and I intend to take action against Neima Mohebiany and his team Carvilla for their deceitful and manipulative behavior which resulted in my being ensnared in a financial quagmire. I refuse to be a victim of their fraudulent activities and will not rest until justice is served.

This situation took a toll on my personal life leaving me feeling continuously exhausted, struggling to make ends meet. This severely impacted my health, sleep patterns, and ultimately my well-being. As a result of their actions, I am now facing a huge amount of negative equity ($35.000), which is causing me significant hardship.

I truly and honestly want to make this public for the sake of others who may be in my position now and to prevent other honest Canadians from becoming the victims of Mohebiany and his team of predators at Vancouver Auto Credit Dealership of Charlatans.

In my humble opinion, Neima Bohemiany (MVIC badge S2024946) does not deserve to be a car salesman and should be prevented from taking advantage and destroying the lives of other honest, trustworthy, and hard-working Canadians.
