Vail Resorts review: Ski pass refund

I purchased ski pass from Vail Resorts. They provided insurance and guarantee if I could not use pass do to covid they would refund the cost of pass. I did not use pass. There was a stay at home order from the governor of NC where I reside. This complied with the terms of the insurance for a refund. I am 79 and listened to the stay at home order, I have had many communications with them to no avail. I provided them with copies of the stay at home orders. The changed thier claims company and still no response.
