I purchased an Epic Pass for Whistler Ski Resort in Canada on Nov 21, 2021. Due to having Covid, I was unable to enter Canada from Washington state. Vail Resorts uses Sedgwick to manage their complaints and they were absolutely useless... they refused to offer a refund of $260 USD for my three day pass. I have skied Whistler for years but after this experience and now that Vail Resorts own them, I will NEVER ski there again... crooks!
