Vacasa review: Hanalei Bay Resort

Hanalei Bay Resort was beautiful and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. However, the minute we walked in we noticed water all over the bathroom counter and floor. The air conditioner had gone out. Someone from the resort came and cleaned it all up but said we would have to contact VACASA to have it repaired. Also the fan over the master bed was not working so we werent sure if the room would be cool enough to sleep in. We were told by Cindy at VACASA we would get a full refund for the room if we checked out and got a new room which we did. We received a partial refund and are being ghosted about the rest.
