The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
In LARGE print on their website, USSearch guarantees to provide the phone number associated with an address or, if not, there will be no charge. I know personally the people who have owned/lived at the address I submitted for 20 years, and the number USSearch provided was for someone else, not the people who actually live there. They then refused to refund my 14.95 Searching further on their website reveals, in TINY print, that the customer is charged if USSearch provides them with ANY information at all. They can tell you ANYTHING and charge you for it. Sounds like a rip-off to me.
