I signed up with USA legal plans for attorney services. They sent me a number of different attorneys to contact and none of them were viable resources. Phone numbers were either disconnected, no longer working, the attorney is no longer practicing, and one that I contacted has not even responded to my messages. I have paid them $39 per month for approximately 3 to 4 months. I requested a termination today of our agreement along with a full refund and they will only provide me with $19 refund.

I have been charged twice and about to be charged again in a few days for this service that I have never used! I have called & filled out a request for cancellation & a refund of my money! Yet nothing has happened & its still happening! I am supposed to add more information for you guys to even look at this. More freaking [censored]!

This company has been charging me *** after repeated attempts to cancel . *** for months

Took money from my card without my card and Fraudulent service This company took 19.90 off my card without my consent and did not give me the service that they stated. They also had me calling people that were not even attorney. Scammers.

I accidentally called usa legal resources thinking i called legal aid. The lady spoke to me convinced me to start a 7 day trial and being told she would email me the information. I received no email and want to cancel my subscription with this company. I used no services from them. They can keep the 1.90 but i want canceled the monthly of 19.90

The company will not correct the repairs of my kitchen. They refuse to return and address the issues. They will not return any of my calls or text me My granite countertops no longer fit. There are gaps in the installation. The garbage disposal was installed improperly causing the dishwasher not to drain, the dishwasher line was not connected properly no clamp was applied to prevent it from dislodging upon usage. The outlet in the island is no longer operational. There is a break in the line under the floor. The waterline to the refrigerator no longer works. The cost to replace the floor ,remove and reinstall everything was *** It took them almost a month for this one room so he reduced the price to *** but I did not know all of these problems existed before I paid him.The project started10/26/20 and he stopped working on 11/21

A few months ago I was being wrongfully evicted. I contacted this company in hopes of receiving some free legal advice. They told me they would send me a list of attorneys that I never received and as a bonus a coupon book of some kind which I never received. It was so extremely frustrating that I called back and canceled everything or at least thought I had. They tried to fix their mistakes and promise me more and I kept telling them no I just want to cancel. Come to find out the last 4 months they've been charging my account $19.90 I would like a full refund considering I did call and cancel and let me tell you something, Beware. No business that is on the up and up would do business like this, they tell you they will give you information that you never receive and that's shiesty as far as I'm concerned. Whatever happened to businesses valuing customers and doing business the proper way. Man's biggest mistake is creating a technology he can't ever hope to control...the internet.

It's been longer than a year ago, I dont know exactly when this company started stealing money from off my *** card. The company name is USA LEGALRESOURCES. Which claim to help people find law services. I never agree to did and I would have never signed up for this. I would never agree to have someone go into my checking. Act. to take money out each month for $19.90 from money I don't have to throw away. And this went on for over a year. I was notified from my credit union by text a few days ago. I followed up on it and looked over my pass bank statements. What I came to find it that the money was being paid to this company for over a year. My credit said they would put a block on my debit card and issue me a new one. In the meantime they would look into that matter of fraud, because that's certainly what it was. They would replacement the money that had been taken from my account but it would take up to five days. I called my bank again today to inform them that I discovered alot of pass bank statements from present to over a year ago They stated that they could on replaced up to the last 60 days. Maybe a lawyer could help me obtain the rest of my money. I called customer service today to try and resolve this matter. I was put on hold, while in the mean time while on hold, never speaking to anyone. I received a message from Legalresource, telling me that effective immediately my membership had been canceled and if I had any questions to call the support line. All I know is that someone owes me money. I never ask for it. FRUAD.
