Great company, workers were great people, kind, respectful, very knowledgable, just over all great people thank god for people like that, everyone of them even the one that's were just here for assistance. Company's office kept me informed on the delays due to weather but started as soon as weather permitted.. over all great job would refer them to anyone that need work done..

Crew just left my home. Everything is clean and back in it's place. They did a great job-addressed every question I had going thru the process immediately. He took the measurements and explained the process to me in great detail. I appreciated Charlie's honesty when he told me that the foundation was in good condition. First i thought, ok, tv commercial guys...lets see.. And boy was i so pleasantly surprised! Charlie came out to look at the job, and gave us a solid quote on the spot! He told us they be here in 2 weeks, if we agree to the quote. We did. So did they! His brother Andy came with a full crew and knocked it out in one day! Perfect work, good people, all of em! They finished, had engineer double check the work, and cleaned up nicely after themselves! Highly recommend them! Appreciate the whole experience, from start yo finish! Thanks guys!

I contacted USA Foundation Repair for an estimate to level my pier and beam home. Their representative, John, came out the next day and did a thorough evaluation. He spent over an hour at the house both taking measurements and explaining what he was doing. When he was finished, he did not recommend leveling at this time as the variance in settlement was not enough to warrant it. I truly appreciate his professionalism and honesty. He also went above and beyond and showed me how to take measurements of the areas of concern and how often to take them. If anything changes, they will be my first call. I would definitely recommend USA Foundation Repair for all foundation needs!

Mr. Charlie G came to the house and took his time to assess the cracks on the brick and began to measure the entire home. At the end of taking measurements, he began to explain the slopes on my pre-existing foundation and gave me his opinion on the situation I was facing. Mr. G stated that there was not sufficient foundation movement to do any type of work and I did not need to worry about anything for now. In the meantime, he will make a file with the info taken today in case anything changes in the future. I am really happy to see that there are still honest people in this world. Mr. G could have just made something up and gotten something out of this free estimate. Instead, he stood beside me being very courteous/polite and explained to me not to worry, it's all cosmetic. In the future, if I ever need someone for foundation issues, I am calling USA Foundation. Outstanding job! Bravo Zulu!

Rip off artist. Left home in such bad condition that I had to hire another company to come in to correct what they had done. Still have problems with flooring and walls. Contacted USA Foundation Repair without a reply. No insulation replaced, left debris under home, which was clean before they started. After 30 years of remodeling and upgrading floors, cabinets, insulation, windows, and doors found myself with more work to correct the damage done by this company. Out $14,500.00 and still have to repair problems caused by these people. Told by other companies, which I had contacted to do repairs, that it would be a waste of my time to go after these people. Come to find out they are all related and friends. I have a pier and beam home which had tie downs, which were cut after 40 years. If I hadn't taken such care of my home in that 40 years I wouldn't have a complaint, but to have my house torn up by so called experts is so depressing and maddening. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! I have asked for their insurance company to file a claim. I don't think they have insurance at all since I haven't heard anything from them at all.
