Smith's - Terrible employees

I have had multiple negative experiences with the employees at my local Smith's. Most of them have just been nuisances, but one of them was the reason I stopped shopping there completely.

The first negative experience was the worst. There is an extremely morbidly obese male working there in the self checkouts. I thought he was a middle aged woman at first, and the ONLY reason I realized he was male was because of his evil r*pist eyes that he had been watching me with without me noticing until I turned to ask him for help with something.

Let me clearly restate: the ONLY reason I realized he was male, AFTER ASSUMING he was female, was because he LOOKED LIKE HE WANTED TO R*PE ME!

I continued shopping there for about a year afterwards, even though I felt a constant sick feeling of dread and fear every time I ran into him. I felt like he was going to stalk me home at some point and attack me. He could tell I was absolutely terrified of him, and saw that as an opportunity. Predators always think that if a woman is terrified of them, then we won't call the cops. I also stated out loud once that if I wanted to interact with people, I wouldn't go to the self checkout. I believe he heard my statement and took it to mean that I don't like interaction EVER, have no friends, and therefore would be easier to prey on. WRONG AGAIN, FATTY! I will absolutely, 100% call the cops on this creep the SECOND I get a reason.

After that this predatory incel started trying to INTERACT with me despite my very obvious terror and fear of him, and I immediately stopped shopping there, bought pepper spray, and physically described him to 2 of my friends, and to my brother, in case something bad happened to me. I shopped there for at least a year with this constant evil attention directed at me before he tried something. He is 5'10, 450lbs, anemic white skin, black hair, and about four feet wide, and he seemed to only start work after 11am. I stopped shopping there about 2 years ago out of fear for my safety.

I am disgusted that Smith's would hire a man who stands there and leers at young women like he wants to sexually assault them. Let me be absolutely clear that when I am scared, I am not good at hiding it. There is no way he couldn't tell I was scared of him. He even tried to speak to me like I was a child (I AM ALMOST 30 YEARS OLD!) because of it, but he did NOT keep his distance, and tried to INCREASE his interaction with me, which is NOT normal behavior for non-predatory men.

My other complaint is about a shorter blonde guy who completely ignored me, wouldn't even look at me at all, when I thanked him for his help (twice.) He refused to directly interact with me at all, despite it being his job. He would only interact with the older woman I was with, despite the problem we were asking him about having to do with MY card.

The other one was a younger woman who worked in the self checkouts for a short while. She liked to say Hi to everyone. One time she said Hi to me, and when I didn't respond because I was effing BUSY SCANNING MY GROCERIES, she STOOD THERE AND STARED AT ME FOR AN EXTEMELY LONG TIME until I turned and responded to her. I was not aware that, as a customer, I am supposed to be in charge of catering to your employees and licking their butts. I am also on the autism spectrum and do not have the energy nor the effing brain power to be responding to every annoying employee who thinks they are entitled to my time and speech. I spent the first half of my life being almost completely nonverbal. I'm very close to suing for ableism.

The Smith's in Rock Springs is NOT a safe place for women to shop, and it is NOT a good place for autistic people to shop, either, since apparently you're expected by their idiotic employees to constantly respond to small talk WHEN YOU ARE USING THE SELF CHECKOUT WHICH IMPLIES THAT YOU WANT TO BE LEFT ALONE UNLESS THERE IS A PROBLEM!

I am absolutely disgusted by the people Smith's hires. Literally every other grocery store in town has better employees. Are the people in charge of hiring on drugs or just stupid?

Desired outcome: Fire the fat creep if you haven't already, UNLESS you want a lawsuit on your hands, considering that I would not have ever even ended up on that creep's radar IF YOU HAD NOT HIRED HIM!
