Smith's

I am filing a complaint against Marcus the manager at the Lake Havasu city Smith’s. He was outrageously rude to us as we were trying to check out. The lady checking out was rude as well and would not let us purchase alcohol because I was under age. Also would not let my fiancé even though he is of age. I never touched the alcohol and was not buying it. Marcus would not let us purchase any of our items or come back to the store without me there to purchase our items. So not only did we waste an hour of our time we didn’t even get any of our groceries. He had terrible customer service, was extremely rude and so was his cashier and a man named Devon. He was insanely rude I and my fiancé have never had a worse customer service experience.
