Refused to put money on card 5 different times in total, would not open a register to take cash all 5 times. We are sick & needed to put money on card for medicine, food, ect. We shop in this store every single day as it is easier to get to when you have no vehicle & walk everywhere. Never has anybody treated us this way except for the newest of managers, that would rather turn away money than to do her job as a manager. We have never had a store in our lives that refused to take cash money.
Desired outcome: Better communication skills,let customers know when best time to use cash in the store.As it seems the manager specifically does not seem to do.
