I rented a vehicle from March 9th -14th because my uncle passed away suddenly. But I had to extend the return date because of severe weather in which the weather channel stated all roads would be closed to Casper. Even when we were able to return on the 18th part of i25 was still closed & GPS sent us off road through dirt roads until we got to stop signs in middle of road. We went through slowly & returned vehicle on the 18th. But they are overcharging, $71.24 x 4, me when it wasn't my choice to extend those days.
Desired outcome: They should refund me the overcharge. They charged me $71.24 per extension day for 4 days when it should be $47.51 per day.
