H&R Block / HRB Digital - 2023 tax refund

They charged me $84.00 for my federal but wouldn't do my state despite my several requests.

In addition, they clandestinely took an additional $84.05 out of my checking account without leaving a record of it. I know it was them because the $84.05 charge was on one of their web pages but disappeared later. I balanced my account 3 times and was unable to account for the discrepancy.

Claimed loss: $168.05

Desired outcome: Complete state return and refund my $84.05
