I would like to speak with someone about my recent termination. I feel very strongly it was unjust and I was not given an opportunity to discuss the situation nor a reason for being terminated. I worked for the Southern Territory in Spencer, WV.
I don't think you know what goes on in the store I worked.
In May I reported ex co-worker Jennifer Mitchell for having threatened my life twice.in September I reported both Janet Matics and Jennifer Mitchell (unrelated issue). At the time I was suspended without pay, both incidents were used against me. I was told by Barbara Dotson (HR) because of the other two complaints I made (considered verbal) and the current situation is documented, most likely I will be terminated. How can use the first two complaints against me? I reported them. They weren't disciplined let alone suspended without pay.
I have attached documents, Janet Matics and Jennifer Mitchell which I forwarded to Michael Keoghan in September. The third document is a list of everything I witnessed/experienced during my tenure.
I loved my job with The Salvation Army and the customers loved me too. I am most disappointed how this was handled. Michael Keoghan should not be Operations Manager. He is intimidating and judgmental.
