RE: Contract Buyout
We have attempted to contact Suddenlink numerous times and get hung up on or never receive call backs.
This matter has been the most frustrating! We agreed to a contract buyout back in January of 2020. The buyout was for $716.10. We have yet to receive our payment. And again we are unable to speak with anyone that can help with this matter.
Desired outcome: Resolve our issue as soon as possible before we move to further actions.
