Gregg johnson, [protected]@yahoo.com, the owner of this snap fitness sent an unsecured email to at least 3 recipients that contained my full name, complete address, home and work phone number, date of birth, credit card number and 3 digit security code. I would not trust my personal information with him again.

I honestly had no issues with the operation of the facility or the staff. I needed a place to work out and 24 hour access was great.

But anyone who would be so careless as to email personal information and financial data of customers over unsecured internet clearly can't be trusted with thousands of other customer contracts and data. At minimum a pci credit card compliance audit should be done on the facilities gregg owns. For one thing it is very bad to store the 3 digit security code and especially with the credit card numbers!
