I joined Sun Tan City and they said/explained to me that I could cancel and I would not be charged. I called to cancel on the appropriate date. I also asked if they could notate it in their computer, which for some unknown reason, they could not. I called to cancel and they told me I need to come in. I had moved out of state and not able to come in.
Aafter checking my bank account. They charged me after I told them I had moved out of state. Horrible, horrible customer service at their corporate office. I need a refund of $76.99.

When I signed up I told them I only wanted a 30 day membership. They would only take my debit card and said I would have to cancel. I called to cancel due to being out of town and they hit my checking account for an additional 60 dollars. I will never use them again and suggest you don’t either. Mooresville IN
