Sun Tan City

To whom this may concern,

I’ve been a suntan city member for years using your spray tan services and never in my life have I ever had this happen. While at your salon today (Sunday Oct 22,2023) between 415/430ish. I requested my usual spray was sent to room 12. I undressed stepped into the booth pressed the button to begin my spray stood in position one facing the nozel when black on black thick mud/ coffee residue like substance sprayed my face and body. I screamed as this was not how my usual spray tan goes. I picked up the phone to alert the worker she came down to witness the substance covering my whole body. I had an anniversary dinner tnite with my significant other and wanted to spray before our date and now my body is completely stained and blotched with the malfunction of the clogged nozels from the spray booth. I’ve never been so humiliated in my life I look like I have a skin disease and it’s not comming off. My dinner plans are cancelled and my evening is ruined. I didn’t even receive an apology although it was not this young lady’s fault she attempted to put me in room 7 but at this point that was not going to cover up the stained blotches from the spray booth 12. Please advise as I’m embarrassed and am unable to get this off of me. I will include photos. I don’t know how I am going to go to work like this this week as I work closely with terminally ill patients, and this is going to raise a lot of eyebrows, as I do not look like myself.
