My name is Brian Nagel, a continual patron of the Hartford W.I., taco bell. I order online, as I am a disabled combat vet. My orders are delivered through Door dash.
Starting late last year, 2020, I started receiving my burritos which I ordered from Taco Bell with certain items, including red sauce, missing the red sauce. I did not want to start a fuss, bit when it continued to happen, over and over again, I said their has to be something wrong here.
Fast forward to today, Thursday January 28th, 2021, and your story continues to provide burritos without red sauce, even when asked, and paid for.
I contacted the Hartford restaurant, at approximately 8:27pm, and spoke with Tyler Kolter, who stated he was the district manager. He offered to provide me with a meal for all the troubles, and stated for the past several months he has been dealing with new employees, and training. I advised him that this had been going on for a far greater time than the past 2 months, and with that, he was silent. I asked to speak with his regional manager, and with that, he said he was right beside him. I doubted his claim, as Tyler was not being honest with me from the start of our conversation.
I am asking that Taco Bell look into this matter, get back to me, and have an honest conversation with lying managers.
