Extended Stay America

We've been here since April 27th … I had gone up front in the morning for a few things from the snack cart … ( 12/10/21) Emily, the manager followed me ( Mary L ) to my room … She had yelled at me because I had grabbed to many cups 2 take back to my room ( 135 ) … They R only 4 the guests, Emily had said - than what am I ? She was upset because I had taken may B 4 or 5 cups … Anyway, I had gone to my room & Emily had followed me to the room . She ( Emily ) came inside the room & was [censored]ing about this & that … Emily had no mask on, when it was / is required 2 wear 1 … Especially when entering some 1 else's room ! Which got my husband very very upset, as he heard / saw everything ! He ( Scott ) got very upset did'nt throw her ( " " " ) out the door without wearing a mask, & coming in our room uninvited !
