Super 8 - Front desk employee

On July 9th, 2021 The Front desk attendant (EARNEST S.) threatened to call the police to have me arrested for asking where the signs were posted for "no pet" access. He was rude, staring me down and tried to be intimidating. Asked what room number I was in so he could have the police escort me out after I had already paid for multiple nights but have not finished my stay. My husband was in the Breakfast room and I needed to talk to him to make sure his blood sugar was ok before I went back to our room so I told the front desk attendant that I was going to talk to my husband real quick and again he picked up the phone and said he was calling the police to have me arrested. For WHAT? I asked a question and then said I was going to check on my husband.

When did it become acceptable for your employees to intimidate and bully your guests? When did it become ok to tell your guests that they were going to be arrested for asking questions or checking on their family with medical conditions? HOW is this good customer relations?

Desired outcome: All my money refunded for my entire stay

I also talked to the Hotel Manager who said I was “causing a scene” and needed to leave. I was asking questions about where the signs were because there was none ANYWHERE on the premises about pets being in the Breakfast room. I didn’t have a problem doing what was asked, my problem is that when I asked where the sign was your employee told me he was calling the POLICE to have me ARRESTED! Then when I was honest and said I needed to check on my husband’s Blood Sugar before I went back to my room and again EARNEST S. Picked up the phone and started calling the police.
