Flagstar Bank

I just discovered Flagstar bank increased my mortgage in February of this year without bothering to tell me and are now charging me late fees for something I never agreed to or was informed of!

I called the bank and they refuse to take the late fees off, they don’t know if they told me of the increase.

Initially, Flagstar bank said they didn’t have my mortgage and when they discovered they did have it, I had to make a $7000.00 payment. I do not want this to happen again!

What a scam!
