Purchased fuel on 99th St in Vancouver WA at the ARCO and when finished the pump did not print a receipt. Entered the store to get a copy and they were unable or unwilling to print a receipt that was readable for fuel tracking. I specifically asked to have the receipt printed from a different printer and was told that no other printers existed despite the fact that there was a second register less than 5 feet away.

I don't know what else you want me to put in here. This is the extent of what happened. There is a date and time, and a description of the issue. What more do you want? I don't even know what, if anything, can be done about this. I am just frustrated that I was unable to get the proper documentation so I could submit a readable fuel receipt for my records. The receipt I received was unreadable and, therefore, unusable.

The faulty pump caused the gas to spill. It did not automatically stop as the tank got full . Kept on running and I had to manually stop when I saw the amount reaching up to almost a hundred dollars. Usually my vehicle takes about 60.00 to full tank but due to the faulty equipment it kept on going and when I reached out to the attendant they stated that they can't do anything and they asked me to call the owner and we did but no response back as of yet.
