I am filing a complaint about the scheduling because I’ve have spoken to all the managers at this store about my schedule within going to school and working. I have been trying to work with the managers as well as working around my school, but they don’t seem to understand that I am not able to work 5 to closing shift every night due to school. They want me to work everyday as well as keeping my weekends available with only one day off. I’ve tried talking to them but they don’t seem to accommodate my schedule with the school. I’ve suggested different times and days to work with having at least two days off to do homework but even so they don’t want to accept and or negotiate the times. I am not the only one to complain about the managers not wanting to work around our school schedule as well. They are also not wanting to give us 4pm-8pm four hour shifts when that is the only time we can make it work with school. We need managers that will work with the availability that they are given instead of giving everyone the opposite of what their availability said!
